About my business -  I developed a love of sewing as a child, and was making my own clothes by age 12.  Sewing has remained my main interest for my whole life. (I also enjoy gardening and cooking.)   When we purchased our first home, it was partially furnished, but in need of new fabrics. So with my sewing skills and some instruction books, my first slipcovers and window treatments were fabricated.  I worked for a home décor shop making their slipcovers for about two years.  Then I went on my own.  I have been working from my home for over 20 years; first in Florida, and currently in Cherokee County, Georgia.
